GTBank Mobile App Service Agreement

1. User Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use GTBank services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must not share your username, password, or PIN with anyone
  • All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current
  • You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

2. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes
  • You may not engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Prohibited activities include money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions violations
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • GTBank reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in illegal activities

3. Transaction Limits & Fees

  • Daily transfer limit: ₦5,000,000 per transaction
  • Monthly limit: Unlimited with proper verification
  • Transaction fees vary by service type and are displayed before confirmation
  • Fees are non-refundable once transaction is completed
  • GTBank may modify fees with 30 days notice
